Who we are

SEQ Tree Experts Pty Ltd provides tree services across the Redlands and Brisbane bayside. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Details you give us in the quote form: your name, phone, email, suburb and what the job involves.
• Basic website analytics: pages visited and how you found us (for example a Google search). We use our own first-party analytics, not third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

• To call you back, quote and carry out the work you asked about.
• To keep a record of the job in our business system, including photos of the work and the trees on your property.
• If you tick the updates box, to send you occasional tree care tips, seasonal reminders and offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time and it won't affect anything else.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the service providers we use to run the business: our job-management system (hosted in Australia), and our email provider for sending quotes, invoices and any updates you opted into. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Job and invoice records are kept as required for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

The SEQ Tree Experts crew app

Our field crew use the SEQ Tree Experts app (iOS) to run their day. The app is for our team and authorised users only — there is no public sign-up. If you use the app, this is what it handles:

• Account details — your name, work email, phone number and the jobs assigned to you, stored in our job-management system (hosted in Australia).
• Location— used to navigate to job sites, tag where site photos and incident reports were taken, and (if you allow "Always" access) to automatically start your timesheet when you arrive at a scheduled job site. Location is only compared against that day's job sites; we do not track your movements outside of work sites and you can decline background access and clock on manually instead.
• Camera and photos — only when you attach photos of trees, hazards or completed work to a job.
• Notifications — job and safety alerts (for example an incident report), sent only if you allow them.

The app contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and app data is never sold or used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop marketing emails, any time — email anthony@seqtreeexperts.com or use the unsubscribe link in any update we send.
